Refund Policy

I want you to feel confident when booking coaching sessions with me. This Refund Policy explains how I handle cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
1. Coaching Sessions

All coaching sessions must be paid for in advance.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please give me at least 48 hours’ notice.

With at least 48 hours’ notice, I will offer you the option to reschedule your session at no extra cost.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, or do not attend a scheduled session, the session fee may be forfeited.
2. Programmes, Packages, and Courses

Where sessions are purchased as part of a package or programme, unused sessions are non-refundable once the programme has started.

If I need to cancel a session or course for any reason, I will always offer you the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund for the affected session(s).
3. Refunds

Refunds are not offered for completed services, as coaching is a personalised and time-based service.

In exceptional circumstances, and at my discretion, I may consider partial refunds for services not yet delivered.

Any refunds approved will be processed using the same payment method you used to make the booking.
